I am Seema Lahiri, Founder Director at Cmaark Consultancy, a motivational speaker, storyteller, counsellor, and Image Consultant & Corporate Trainer. My mission is to help individuals and organizations build an effective and polished image in today’s highly visual society, ensuring they not only look and feel good but also achieve their goals with confidence. My passion for learning, sharing, and giving back to society continually fuels my journey.
With over 20 years of extensive experience working with professionals at various hierarchical levels across some of India’s leading corporate houses, I have honed my expertise in soft skills and image management. I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Australia and specialize in training on personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, motivation, selling concepts, customer service, time management, communication, body language, and cross-cultural sensitivity. I also deliver sessions on corporate dressing, business and social etiquette, dining etiquette, goal setting, and work-life balance.
I had the pleasure of contributing regularly to the Bengali magazine “Sananda,” where my column on Etiquette & Relationship Management was featured for over a year. I firmly believe that the key to a successful business lies in the power of building relationships and developing the soft skills necessary to communicate effectively.
